The civilization that I thought as most interesting to learn about was the ancient Egyptians . They use their resources to create things that are so beautiful such as their art pieces. They take little amounts of things and create things that are so useful. Like paper if Egyptians made paper they would take woven mat of reeds and pound them together until they made a thin stiff sheet. When they struggled to find food they figured out that using resources( like the Nile) could provide plenty to eat. When the Egyptians noticed that the Nile flooded about the same time every year they saw that it made a very rich layer of soil called silt. This soil was a good place you could grow your crops. Farmers began digging canals and bringing the fresh water to their crops. This provided fresh water for irrigation. After seeing that the Niles floods were very important the Egyptians focused on growing their crops. That led them to giving up growing crops and starting other things thats how we have the calendar and tools today and that is why Egyptians are my favorite civilization.
