Many girls, especially in the stage of middle school, tend to feel a little bit insecure about their skin. There has already been many solutions for that problem, but have you ever heard of a girl in middle school that has made her own skin products? Isabella (Izzi) Dymalovski is a 13 year old Australian girl who started her own skincare business called Luv Ur Skin in order for girls to feel happy, proud, and confident in their skin. I know, that sounds pretty interesting, but this is how it all started.
Since Isabella used to do dance, they would have her wear makeup, but her mother didn’t allow her to wear makeup because she believed that they had too many chemicals in it that would damage your skin, so she told Isabella to make her own cosmetics, which Isabella took very seriously. A lot of her fellow peers at school found her inventions really cool and asked her where they could buy it from, that’s when Isabella thought of making a business out of it. Isabella was on Shark Tank but they didn’t give her a business straight away, instead, they decided they would still to help her create the business. At first, Isabella wasn’t very sure about starting/studying a business at that very young age that she was in, but later on she had decided that being the same age of the girls that may have used her product would make them feel more comfortable using it.
Isabella considers the whole journey very difficult, but she was able to persevere and she is very happy about how the whole business turned out. Nothing’s ever impossible, you just have to put your mind to it and sooner or later, you’ll have something really spectacular. So, what do you think about Isabella’s story? Would you ever want to do something so amazing at such a young age?
