Boating A Snake

        In the southern part of Indian there was a tradition that have been 400 years and it called Snake Boat Race. It held in August each every year and the winner get the Nehru Trophy Boat Race, named after the first Indian Prime Minister. This event is in Punnamda Lake a wonderful lake place to race a boat. The boat is between 100-140 feet length and the rear of the boat is about 20 feet height. There are 100 oarsmen and 25 signer so the singer give the oarsmen spirited. The race course is 1,370 meter length  and the boat is going to be  advance through the lake like  a fast moving snake. Boat traffic jam coming through.
