The food that you get here but not that easily here is rasmalai. Here, Rasmalai is not as good as the ones in india. The recipe for this is very interesting. In the dish, it has soft cotton Cheese in a specific sauce which makes the dish very sweet. Traditionally in India, people eat this dish after dinner(not everyday of course) and/or during Celebrations, Rasmalai can also be served at very important occasions and during festivals.
