You know meijer right?Do you know what i would do differently? I would start hiring people that are hard working not highschool and college students. The reason for that is because my mom works with high school and college students and they aren't very dependable. My mom worked at meijer for a short while and the customers LOVED her. Do you know why? She's a hard worker, she Always gets thing done, and has the patience of a saint. While most college and highschool students are rude, lazy and have no patience whatsoever.That's my opinion, what's yours?
