Grey Crowned Cranes Are In Danger

The Grey Crowned Crane is also the national bird of Uganda,
 and is on their flag.

Because of the African Crane Trade, Grey Crowned Cranes are in endangered. The crane had once been vulnerable but because of illegal trade, it has dropped to the endangered category. According to this video, it is easy to catch them in wide open areas which cranes now goes to often because of habitat loss. When cranes get captured they are poorly taken care of and also might die in the process of getting to where they are going to be kept. In short, the population of Grey Crowned Cranes is dropping and, we need to help them before they go extinct.
