Mountain Gorillas are going extinct

Image result for Mountain gorillaIn my opinion I think hunting gorillas is a bad idea. For instance it is illegal for hunting mountain gorillas. They are one of the most compelling creatures in Africa, but sadly most of them going extinct, mostly because of people. Most of the reasons they are going extinct are because of habitat loss, diseases, and hunting.  Some people even hunt them for trophies and meat. Did you know there are only about 880 Mountain gorillas left in the world? There are only two locations that they keep them. More than half of the population lives in the Virunga Mountains, Uganda and Rwanda, and the rest in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park,Uganda. You can learn more about mountain gorillas in this video, and this websiteWill you help save the mountain gorillas?

  1. I feel bad for the mountain gorilla. I feel bad because due to detrimental human activity, such as poaching, civil war, and habitat destruction, the mountain gorilla, a subspecies of the eastern gorilla, has become the most endangered type of gorilla. Currently, the mountain gorilla's habitat is limited to protected national parks in two regions of Africa.

  2. I really hope the gorilla community makes a strive towards not being extinct.I fell that part of the problem is caused by humans.100% of the reasons they are going extinct is because humans. And i don't understand why you would want to poach such a cool animal.I fell that for a little bit they should put all of the gorillas. In a big chunk of land and have that guarded with security so that the population can go back up.That's how I fell about the mountain gorilla.
