Bia Bala

Bia Bala is a game played by two teams team one in the middle of a circle, and team two on the outside. If someone on the outside can Run in, and tag someone on the inside and run without being tagged back then the person on the inside is out. This game is played in Maldives during Eid Festival. This is a big thing in  Maldives and lots of people get into it with their teams.. It is a hard game to play because you need speed, agility, and good timing. I think this sounds like a fun game what do you think fun or no fun?

bizarre foods in India

For my blog I looked up bizarre foods from India and I found this food called frog legs in sikkim & goa. It looks disgusting. It is a French food that is very common in India. It looks like sushi but instead of fish its frog legs. If I was visiting india for some reason and I say that I would probably throw up because they do anything with those.They probably even fry, bake, and even barbecue them. I wonder what else they eat in india. So my question is have you ever tried something like this anywhere?          

Million Dollar Arm

India has always been known for their fast throwing, athletes, smart cricket players, so The MLB (Major League Baseball) scouts had an idea to transform their bowlers (the people who throw the ball) into Major League baseball pitchers. Once almost every two years they go around to almost all of the big cities in India looking for the top people. They judge the players by their speed and how close they get it to the catchers glove. The judges pick about the top 18 players to compete in the final competition. It is called the million dollar arm contest. The top two pitchers who win the contest get a couple thousand dollars and a chance to play in the MLB. They get a shot to win a million dollars. I think it is a good thing to do this to give them opportunities. If you lived in India would you travel and sign up in the contest.

Pakistan

Pakistan kids have the same entertainment as us. Some entertainment opportunities are bowling, mini-golf, and watching movies. The cinema has been in Pakistan since the beginning of the 20th century. Kids cinemas have developed recently because movie makers realized they could make a lot of money off kids at the movies. Another thing that kids do is play mini-golf. Kids in Pakistan play mini-golf because it’s the main thing do to do in summer. In Pakistan is family friendly place to play and during the evening it is more teenagers and college students.

The most popular sport in india is cricket. I’m not a big fan of cricket but it’s  popular there. They have won eight olympic gold medals in field hockey. they have hosting a lot of international sporting events. In 2011 india hosted its first Indian Grand Prix.  Soccer is the second most popular sport in in india. I could see that being it because soccer is a very popular sports in a lot of country’s.  I’m not a soccer player but soccers fun when im just playing with friends.  Would you play cricket or soccer as a sport in india

Can You Handle the Heat

India has a lot of different and awesome kinds of food. they have, Kozhukattai, (dumplings) kanji, (porridge) bafi, (sugar even though it sound nasty its sweet). Those are just some of the weird dishes! i like Indian food because a lot of the time it is spicy and I love spicy. food. You should try Indian food because, it is really good. and hot. So my question to you is have you ever had hot Indian food, and if so did you have to take a drink of milk or some other drink right after you took a bite of the spice food?

One thing that I kind of want to do is go to one of the festivals in India. Some of the major festivals in India are, Maha Shivaratri, Skanda Sashti and the rest are on this site. The one I want to go to the most is Maha Shivaratri. It seems out of all of the festivals the most interesting. Also a place I would like to go in India is Agra’s Taj Mahal. It seems like a beautiful place to go and very interesting. The second place I would like to go to in India is Bangalore because it would be really cool to see all of those old buildings and see how the houses and buildings were back then.
